Ripening berries.
Even better, picking the ripe ones.
Little hands and bigger ones.
Those berry pictures were all taken on that wonderful day at Oldemor's house (my children's great-grandmothers' house).
More bounty! This is a delightful win from Grace at Whimsyloft:
I am crazy about the sparkly glass beads she sent me.
Here are all the goodies.
Besides the beads, there was flowery felt which is completely new to me, sticker tapes which my kids adore, a pretty handmade bracelet, laces and fabrics! Thank you so much!
This was the last weekend before school and nursery school starts and it was a real treat since the weather was so nice. Sebastian was dribbling his soccer ball tonight. I really have to buy him another basketball. He doesn't really care for soccer much, has 3 or 4 soccer balls, but the basketball he had was lost.
I did a bit of knitting outside in my bikini today. Does anyone else knit while they are working on their tans?
Love your crafty bounty! Just the sort of things to get the creative juices flowing. So glad you were able to enjoy nice weather and many good things on this last weekend before school starts again.
Have a wonderful week!

Emily ... if I EVER knitted in my bikini I would be sooo ecstatic that I actually fit into a bikini that the last thing I would be doing would be knitting. I would be sprawled out holding a megaphone yelling at passersby to "CHECK IT OUT ... I am in a bikini"!!!!

I don't know about knitting outside (you wouldn't catch me dead in a bathing suit, let alone a 'kini) but I was working on a scarf inside today and listening to Christmas Carols. No kidding...'cause maybe the scarf would be a Christmas Gift.
I hope Sebastian (awesome name, btw!) gets a basketball soon!

Hello dear Emily, I'm so happy they arrive to you safely. You photo taking skills just make everything look so pretty.
We're making blueberries muffins today, i just wish i have freshly picked ones.. but blueberries don't grow in Malaysia so i settle for the ones in the grocer :-)

Knitting in a bikini in Norway .... what can one say? Except I wish I could knit, wear a bikini, and hang out in Norway working on my tan.

Thanks for stopping by my new blog! I'm glad you like it. The ribbon border is one of the templates Blogger offers. There seem to be many more choices than the last time I started a blog!
