Spring in bloom

When the weather turns nice outdoors it suddenly seems so silly to spend time inside on the computer; so forgive me please for my absence. I have missed you, but it is entirely too lovely here in Norway these days to spend much time inside.

Outdoors now, there are so many things to discover, like the incredible perfection of my hellebore after a refreshing shower. How lovely to have so many months of sunshine and warm weather ahead of us!

Lilly and her friend picked these anemonies in the woods on the way home from nursery school today. I adore these flowers, but even more delightful was watching their pleasure in finding and gathering their bouquets!

After making the dress for Lilly I wanted to make use of extra peices of fabric left over so I made this zippered pouch. It is in my Epla shop.

Downunder .... in Australia .... we're kissing summer goodbye and saying hello to Autumn. The leaves are just starting to turn, the nights are cool and we're putting an extra blanket on the bed. I love the change of season.
