These youth look so cute dressed in their costumes at the Norske Folkemuseum's annual Christmas market. (Yes, we are back again!)
These elves were also adorable, check out the ringlets!
I wanted these...
This is just a lovely idea, with these traditional Swedish baskets made with felt hanging from the pretty branch.
And then less tradionally, in black and white.
You must be hungry now, time for a little snack?
Perhaps a tasty Lussekatte? These are traditional Swedish rolls with the characteristic saffron making them the golden color.
I'm loving these photos ... thanks for sharing! Where did you find those statues on your windowsill? They're adorable!

Oh, I would have loved to attend that Market. Looks like lots of fun, and my mouth is watering for those beautiful Lussekatte rolls. What really caught my eye, was the lovely Santas on the windowsill. So cute.

Hi Courtney!
Lovely to hear from you! Thank you so very much for taking the time to write me on my blog! I always get so cheered by friendly words from around the world!
You asked about the little santas on the windowsill... well, that photo was also from the Folk museum! It wasnt my windowsill at all and I am sorry for the misunderstanding. The museum decorates many of the houses on the premisis as they would have in the old days, with flowers and other decorations. I love them too. This windowsill was in a house where they were selling all sorts of Christmas decorations, the little santas included.
Wishing you a very festive season!
Hugs from Emily

Lovely pictures from the Market. I just have to correct one thing though. The small baskets are not Swedish originally. They are Danish. :-)
The Santas look a bit like the products from Nittsjö, which is a Swedish company.
