These are my new mittens, knit in the same Berroco Ultra Alpaca yarn that I used for my husband's mittens, but in a pretty Gordoba Grape and Winter White. They are so warm and soft. My big regret now is not buying more of this yarn while I was at home in the US.
I used needle size 3.5 mm so it went fairly fast.
The pattern once again is pretty old, near vintage maybe. It comes from a Sandnes Uldvarefabrik pattern book, Peer Gynt PG 1819.
It isn't black and white but this is the pattern book that I have used countless times for mittens, socks and hats.
Gorgeous mittens {i think by now you know i adore your mittens} :) I adore the patterns in that book. Have a lovely merry happy week and day! Love to you!
