I wanted to make a pair of pants to go with Lilly's tunic top. I liked the idea of puffy legged pants with a very soft flannel.
I suppose she might use them as pajamas too. Do you see the teal spot in the waist?
She got an L for Lilly and it will help her to know which is the back side when she is putting them on.
Here she is nearly ready for the birthday party and a bit giggly. I hope you'll have yourself a giggle or two and a wonderful weekend!
i love flannel !

She is SUCH a cute little bodkin!
And I love the detail in the pants you made for her.
She is very lucky to have such a sweet Mama.

Hello Lynn,
I wanted to thank you so much for dropping by my blog and leaving me such kind words! It made me so happy this morning.
Lilly is actually still coughing but no longer has a fever and my husband is off shopping with her. Since my son is also out playing I actually have the house to myself for the first time in what seems like eons but in actuality is only about a week. I think I will be off to my sewing room now!
Happy weekend to you!
Hugs from Emily

Thats a great idea to put the L in the back. Half the time I can't even tell the front from the back myself:)

Hi Emily.
Lilly looks so adorable in that outfit. She is such a little cutie!
You are so talented!
I wish I liked sewing enough to do it BUT
I make myself crazy trying to do it so I don't.
As always thanks for sharing.
Have a great week.
