Here was adoring big brother with our birthday girl when she was tiny.
We had a lovely little family celebration and sang "Happy Birthday" all day long on demand to our 3 year old.
She loved her gifts, this is one I bought on Etsy
in the loveliest shop.
If anyone living in the Oslo area would like to teach me how to needlefelt I would be so happy!
Speaking of happy, yes, Lilly was very pleased to get her quilt. Here she pats it to get it just right. I also made the pillow and mattress under the bunny. Next project is doll clothes!
She is three and already very helpful. How did I get so fortunate? Sighs of joy for having the family that I do - wonderful, creative and handsome husband, delightful, fun-loving and inquisitive son, and my sweet, funny and charming daughter.
Since you are still reading I am going to let you in on something: I wrote here about the incredible kindness of Kristine who gave me this Liberty fabric (and others) and she is having a 1 year blog celebration! Please believe me you will want to visit her blog because she is giving away more Liberty! When you do, please tell her I sent you!
I will also be announcing a give away of my own next week!
Finally, the only kind of babies I will be producing in the future are matryoshkas dolls like the peacefully slumbering Sylvia. Two children, one of each, is just right for us.
